📅 Return Window

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn/unused)
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Team memberships or any team-related services
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., team-specific gear, special orders)

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

💵 Refunds & Restocking Fee

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

     

  • A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.

  • Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
